1. How long does shipping take?

United States: 7–14 business days.

International: 8–21 business days.
2. Do you offer order tracking?
Yes! Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can track your order directly from our website.
3. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at klickdet03@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
4. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. The following cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards
5. How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at klickdet03@gmail.com.
6. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or the wrong item, contact us right away at klickdet03@gmail.com so we can make it right.
7. Can I exchange an item?
Yes. The quickest way is to return the item you don’t want. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
8. Do you offer a cooling-off period for EU customers?
Yes. If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
